Hey Gilam

Can you please asses my chances to the leading MBA programs in the U.S

23.5 years old (skipped a class that's why I am so young)

Bsc in Electrical Engineering (avg. 84.1 top 40%) form Tel Aviv University. A player in the university's soccer team and its captain.

Currently Msc. student in biomedical engineering (avg. 95, probably will finish with honors and make it to the dean's list) also in Tel Aviv University.

Lieutenant in the the intelligence corps in charge of 4 practical ingeneers (2.5 years till now, it will be 3 years soon).I lead a big project with other units from the negotiations through deploying and maintenance,

GMAT 730 (Q49 V40, if it makes any difference)

A very rich community work experience that I continue till this day

During the undergraduate studies I worked as a high school teacher and even substituted the math teacher for half a year and was in charge of math studies of two highchool classes ( I don't know of this is relevant but I can bring recommendations from the school's principal)

Rov, my impression is that with strong essays and recommendations you will be a strong candidate with potential for a significant scholarship at programs such as Emory, UNC, Carnegie Mellon, USC. You will be competitive to strong (closer to strong) at Duke and Cornell and competitive to strong at Michigan, UCLA and Darden. You will be competitive at Berkeley and NYU. At Wharton, Chicago, Columbia, Kellogg and Stanford you'll be between competitive and stretch (Chicago, Columbia and Kellogg will be a bit easier, Stnaford will be a bit harder). Harvard will be a stretch.

Cheers,

Rov

You're welcome. Good luck!
