Your question is very general. I think the first thing would be to look up the four pillars – they are what the school believes in and you should definitely make sure you touch on them.

With respect to general issues:

1. team work and collaboration – when were you involved in teams? How? What roles did you play?

2. Leadership roles – same as above

3. Interest in Kellogg specifically

4. How you would contribute to Kellogg environment (and not just what the school will contribute to you).
