Hi David,

Nearly all interviews are conducted by admissions officers in person. Therefore, most invited applicants from all rounds (including Round 1) are required to arrive in New York.

Having said that, you can request for an off campus interview, and as far as I know Round 1 applicants have priority consideration for such interviews (which for Israelis are conducted in London if I'm not mistaken).
