Today i checked the TOEFL score, and got 103. Not something that i'm proud off, but concidering the awful day that i had and the thought that the score will be around 80-90 – i'm quite ok with the score. Thought i got only 22 in the speaking section (on one question i just forgot the answer and on some other was really not concentrated due to the noise in the class), and this is maybe an obstacle because some schools require min of 25 in each section.
