IE Business School is coming to Israel and will be hosting a master class in Tel Aviv, February 24th.
ABOUT THE MASTER CLASS
As an entrepreneur understanding the Venture Capital industry is essential. Most high potential start-ups with an international ambition will need to secure outside investment at some point in the lifecycle of the company. Start-ups are often backed in the early stages by government, business angels, and venture capitalists, knowing how and where to raise money is a crucial skill for the entrepreneur. An in-depth look at the Venture Capital Industry enables entrepreneurs to understand the DNA of the VC and assess whether they are the right fit. In this master class, we will explore:
• How the Venture Capital industry works
• What do Venture Capitalists invest in
• How do they make their returns
• How to approach a VC
You will also be given an introduction to the Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at IE Business School including activities such as Venture Lab, Venture Network & Venture Day.
This opportunity to experience what a real class at IE is like and discuss ideas on a current topic is a great way to see the difference between traditional teaching methodologies and the methods used by one of the best schools in the world, based on real cases, team work and interactive study.
If you have already started your application and wish to take the IE Global Admissions Test we will also be running an IE Global Admissions Test.
