    Hi broadreach and congrats,

Just heard yesterday from INSEAD that I got accepted but my campus of choice (Fonti) is full. Now I need to decide whether to enter a waitlist for the campus or go for Singapore.

I'd love to hear from you what you know about the Asia campus and the career market there.

btw – my name is yuval and I'm at: [email protected]

    10x.

Hi Guys, especially Lilach, Michal & broadreach.

Congrats to all, I also got invited to interview for INSEAD.

Until now I did not spend much thought on preparing for this, from your messages it sounds like I should :-)

Anyway, do you have any idea when these interviews (I think it is two, no?)are expected?

I'd love to share knowledge and insights with all of you, you can reach me at: [email protected]

    Cheers, Yuval.

    Hi,

I think it is best if you direct me to specific details you are interested in.

Some of the information I gathered from visiting there, most of it I got from elsewhere.

    Yuval.

    Hi Dalit,

I am currently closing my list of schools to apply to, and frankly, I was going to leave LBS out becuase of the program's length (INSEAD, IMD and maybe Oxford & Impresa are in), but I got an evaluation that I may be eligible for a scholarship in LBS which might change the situation.

My question is – is the cost of living (married + 1) in London (during studies) significantly higher than: 1. Oxford? 2. Rest of Europe (Fontainbleu, Luzanne, Madrid)? and do you have an estimation of living costs for a family for ~1.5 years.

    Thanks,

    Yuval.

    Hi all,

just a quick tip for those of you who might be in a similiar situation as me:

I took the GMAT thinking only about MBA in Israel and so didn't take the AWT part, yes I know – not very foreseeing.

Anyway since I got a really good grade (760) I really didn't want to take it again in order to apply for abroad. What I did is sent an email tothe two admission offices I was interested in – INSEAD and Oxford (will send to IMD too) and asked if they would insist on this, a few emails later I got an official response from both that they wouldn't.

Since I got the idea from a friend of mine I thought I'd share it.

    Enjoy,

    Yuval.

    Hi all,

I visited Oxford (Said) BS in June on an open-day and will gladly share details with whoever is interested.

Also, I'm planning on visiting INSEAD in September, it could be nice to meet a fellow Israeli studying there…

    Hi all,

Just as a follow-up on all those rankings conversations going on – here is a summary of the major rankings published by FT in 2005, it gives a wider perspective on the situation. http://www.ft.com/cms/3b554180-918b-11da-bab9-0000779e2340.pdf

    Hi all,

I want to raise a question that has not been discussed recently.

What are the implications of an MBA program size? Obviously there are more than one aspects to this – personal focus, intimacy, networking…

I would like to focus on one classic example – INSEAD vs. IMD, top two ranked European programs, the first with ~870 students in each intake and the latter – ~90, now there's a diference!

Anyway, I would like to here your opinions…

    Yuval.

    ylange
