Before founding his own company, Ilan was a CEO of Paradigm Labs, a lab based in Oradell, NJ. Prior to that he was a CEO of Osiris Corporation, a public company based in New York City with operations in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Osiris, he was VP of Operations for Laurus Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. At Laurus, Ilan was responsible for managing the fund's distressed investments, and handled numerous restructurings and turnaround situations, in addition to other responsibilities. Ilan is a private pilot, and while on the ground he enjoys boating, scuba diving, skiing and gourmet cooking.
