Are you applying to the same schools that rejected you last time or are you adding new schools to your list?

if you are adding new schools – why did you not apply to them first time arouns? Are you only applying to them this time because you believe your chances as a re-applicant are low to all the schools you would prefer?

אני כותב re-application לMIT ורציתי לשאול האם למישהו יש מושג איך צריך להיראות COVER LETTER בתור אחד של re-applicant.
האם לכתוב פחות או יותר אותו דבר כמו בשנה שעברה עם איזכור קל של העובדה שאתה REAPPLICANT (נגיד, פסוק אחד בו אתה מפרט את מה השגת בשנה האחרונה ואיך התקדמת)
או
לכתוב פסוק אחד כללי על הקריירה שלך עד לפני שנה שעברה ואז כל שאר החיבור – על מה עשית בשנה האחרונה ואיך התקדמת?
