    Dear Gilam,

I hope this email finds you in a good spirit and in good health.

First, I would like to apologize for the wordy email but it seems the only option.

My name is Aviad Gur, an Israeli student who recently graduated with my BComm degree from Canada. In addition, I have been working at IBI Investment House in Israel as an analyst and stocks / bonds broker within the international department.
We met at one of the seminars you gave for overseas studies at KIDUM GMAT.
I was referred to you by your office because I have a few questions which I believe you are the right person who could provide me with honest and unbiased answers.

I have been thinking about pursuing my MBA for a long time now. Until now I though about going back to Canada and apply to McGill University in Montréal. However, recently I have been accepted to the EMBAF (Executive MBA in Finance) program of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem which suite exactly my career goal to work in the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance field overseas. Please bear in mind that I would like to relocate to Canada (I am a permanent resident in Canada) after the program to pursue my career in finance in North America.
Knowing how competitive this field is in North America I would appreciate if you could help me with the following questions:

    1. What is the reputation of Israeli’s MBA programs and how it perceived in terms of
employment for the top investment firms in the North American market (especially
Canadians)? Please take into consideration that I would apply for positions after
working several years at IBI in addition to my Canadian BComm and EMBAF.

    2. Which one of the programs will benefit me more in the long run? regular MBA in
Canadian university or the program I have been talking about? Please keep in
mind that I am planning to work in the international markets and so the value of
the degree for multinational companies is extremely important.

I would be deeply obligated to you if you could find the time to provide me with the answers for such an important decision.

Knowing how occupying you are I would like to thank you in advance for your time and effort.

    Sincerely,

    Aviad Gur
