Hello Gilam/Aringo, this website and forum is a great service, I'm at my first steps and I'd like few advices before I know how to continue.
Firstly, my age is 25, I have B.Sc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, graduated with honors.
I'm working for 3 years for a startup company as a Software Engineer, I was elected as the "Excellent Employee" by the company, and I believe I can get great recommendations from VPs + should I choose to do so.
I've yet to do a GMAT, but I assume I can get a good/great score.

I'm thinking abit long term, Sept 14 to begin my studies (I will be 27 by then), and before getting into the procedure of GMAT/Essays etc I wonder:
    1) What are my chances to get into a top school? I'm worried by my lack of mangment experience.
I'm particulary interested in the real top schools, Harvard, Stanford and Wharton. (If the answer is 'slim chances' I'd like to hear it directly please :) ) I'd also like to know which programs have higher chances for scholarships.(Still in top 10), and ofcourse which ones I have good chances to get into.
    2) What are the chances / percent of candidates who get atleast partly scholarships?
    3) What are the chances of finding employment abroad upon graduation? particulary in tech companies / VC companies without having a Greencard or american citizenship?
4)What can I do in the meantime to improve my chances?
5)At which point is it recommended to actually meet you guys assuming I'm aiming for Sept 14?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
