Regarding the application
I assume 1 person reads the basic application and decides if you are a good MBA candidate or not (age experience, aspirations, GMAT ETC.)
Then there is someone else who checks your application in depth. Reads all your assays ETC. they can either pass you on, or reject you (or encourage you to submit your application again if they think you are talented but young)
IF you pass the above you will be invited to an interview (in Israel, by an alumnus).
I don't know, the exact numbers that pass each stage but for the sake of the discussion, let's say half drop at each stage (inc. the interview)
Each stage puts you in the next stage, so I would say the interview is critical (but naturally, you need to make it to that stage)
