שלום לכולם! הצטרפתי לפורום לאחרונה והבנתי שצריך לספר קצת על עצמי, אז קודם כל כמה דברים כלליים:

I'm 31, Live in Jerusalem, married with one kid.
I have a background in finance, & entrepreneurship, but seek to gain thorough business education so that I can perform on a larger scale.

Presently I manage a proprietary equities trading operation. I develop strategy, and analytic and automation software.
I also am COO of a start-up offering a new musical assessory.

I studies at Hebrew Theological College, in Skokie Ill.
I completed a double major in Talmud and computer science with a GPA of 3.92.

However, I also studied 2 years at Yeshivat Har-Etzion (Gush) and 5 years at Yeshivat Netivot Yosef, Mitzpeh Yericho

Hi Gilam:

I am currently on the waitlist for Booth (I applied R3), but am exploring plans for next year. I applied to Wharton and Columbia as well, but was rejected.

I run a proprietary trading operation that has had steady returns of over 50% ROC for the past five years.

In addition, I have been managing production of KickDisk LLC, a startup in the musical assessory sector.

I scored a 770(V:47, Q:50, W5) on the GMAT.
I was admitted to TAU's iMBA program this year, but would prefer to reapply to Booth, Wharton or Columbia next year.

I am 31 years old.

This past year, I did not obtain any aid from people familiar with MBA admissions, so that may have affected my candidacy.

Do you think my chances for acceptance of re-application to one of the above schools for next are good enough to warrent deferral of an MBA?
