Nate, I applied after less than 2 years at a Big 4 place and I got in. It doesn't really matter the length of your work but what you can present in the application.
That aside, don't expect the schools to give you an advantage for working in a Big 4 place. Although these places are considered prestigious and leading in Israel, it is not the case in the US. There, the leading places are McK, BCG, Bain, Goldman, Morgan and such.
I am not saying you don't have a good chance. many people from Big 4 got in this year to top schools (I personally know of 6 and there are probably more that I don't know of). But don't expect that the name of your firm will by you a spot – you need to show in the application why they should take you.
About the grades: 80 is not low and you can easily compensate with a good GMAT.
