Hi Gilam,

I'm thinking about applying to IMD. Can you give me some specific tips on the admissions process ? What should I stress in my application ?

Also, they ask for 3 reccomendation letters. I've been at my job for about a year now (this is my first corporate job – worked part-time through school) – should I get 3 letters from work supervisors (I work in a pool system) – if so, which 3 should I select ? I can also get a letter from a professor with whom I sat on a university committee for a year and who knows me from my studies (part of my EC stuff) – would I be better positioned by getting a letter from him ?

How would the above change if I applied to INSEAD ?

Hi greenfeld,

I'll be applying to Col and W (among others) next year (Sep 2007). I saw you managed to get some funding from both schools. Can you tell me about the scholarship / funding opportunities they have ? What do you think helped you personally secure the scholarships – essays ? recs ? high GPA ?

Any additional information will be welcome. I am in the process of selecting a GMAT course [any rec ?] and am contemplating working with Aringo – any thoughts ?

Shalom Avishai,

Wanted to ask for your opinion regarding Meitav Gmat. If I recall, you worked with them and it seems to have worked out well for you. Can you explain your reasons for choosing to work with Irene/Tzachi ? How was the actual experience ?

My background is not eng/science, so I feel I need to ascertain that the quantitativr part of the course is as good as the verbal (I've heard good things about Irene, and spoke to her as well).
