Hello,

understood that if I am on J-1 visa I will have some problems working afterwards in the US.

According to the US embassy I have Two-Year Foreign Residence Requirement.

Meaning that I can not be issued immigrant visas (greencards), temporary worker or intra-company transfree visas until I have resided and been physically present in the country of nationality or last residence for at least two years after I have finished the exchange visitor program.

What does this actually mean?

How people with J-1 visa able to work after graduation?

שלום רב,

רציתי לדעת קצת על ויזות לארה"ב.
שמעתי שמועה על חוק חדש ורציתי לדעת אם הוא נכון.
לפי מה ששמעתי – אם אני מתקבלת ל-MBA בחול ומקבלת ויזת סטודנט, בעלי יוכל לקבל ויזת עבודה אוטומטית.

האם זה נכון? אם לא מה צריך לעשות כדי שבעלי יוכל לקבל ויזת עבודה?
זה בכלל אפשרי?
אשמח לשמוע מזוגות שכבר עשו את זה בעבר…
