I'm not Gilam, but here is what I know …

As a rule of thumb, European schools are more likely to accept you without an undergraduate degree than US schools (unless you were George W's personal aide); however, this is still very unusual.

The only actual example I know of where a scholl took someone in without an undergraduate degree happened a few years ago at IMD. The person involved was also an officer (navy). If you want more info, write to me offline at [email protected]

למרות שבעקרון בתי ספר לא אוהבים מועמדים מבוגרים, יוצאי צבא הם חריג מסוים. ישנם מספר בתי ספר שידועים בחיבה יחסית לאנשי צבא – תריץ חיפוש באתר של ביזנסויק – יש פורומים למועמדים מבוגרים. בכל מקרה, בתי ספר טובים שפתוחים למועמדים מבוגרים יותר הם טאק וורטון.

באירופה גם כבר תיחשב מבוגר, אבל לא בצורה חריגה. בכל זאת, מבין בתי הספר המובילים, הרי ש IMD ו-LBS יהיו יותר פתוחים לגיל שלך.

בכל מקרה, יש לך עוד לפחות 3 שנים, אז אל תתרגש – הכל עשוי להשתנות עד אז.

There are basically two types of Real Estate (RE) specializations: finance and development. Usually MBA programs will concentrate on the finance side, while MSRE (Master of Science in Real Estate) programs will focus on the development.

As your background seems to be in development/law, it seems the MBA path will give you a complementary skill set (i.e. finance).

A list of schools known for their RE offerings / strength will include (off the top of my head):

Wharton, Columbia, Cornell, UC Berkeley and USC.

I suggest you check out the businessweek.com BSchool Forums and run a search with the terms RE or 'real estate' and start reading.
