I think the correct answer is D.

The reason for this selection is the beining of the sentence which must begin with "MAKE".

If we dilute the sentence to:

Byron possessed powers "….." that make his letters…..

Not "powers that makes…."

since i am a newcomer in this field of interest i have a few questions probably known to most,

1. when do MBA programs begin in the year?

2. how long before the deadline of the application does the institute publish the essay questions? i.e. how much time will i have to get them ready?

Hello Gilam,

I wish to apply to NYU or Columbia University.

My questions are:

1. Is there a corelation between the "psycometric exam" (israel) mark and the gmat? which is harder.

2. I dont understand how an Israeli who takes the gmat is compared to an American who takes it given that each the latter has the test given to him in his mother tongue?

3. How will my university GPA be converted to the 4.00 scale? I have a GPA of 84 at the Tel Aviv University in Electrical Engineering.

4. I will finish my university studies at the summer of 05. by then I have accumulated 3.5 years as a student at a High Tech company. Do you think this will be sufficient or should i wait for a few more years?

5. Does army service as an officer serve as some kind of employment experience worth mentioning or counting on as a job experience?

אומר תחילה, כי אילו הייתי יודע על הפורום הזה היו נחסכות לי שעות רבות של ישיבה מול המסך.

אני אסף ואני חדש כאן,
אני מתגורר בת"א, נשוי.
כרגע אני סטודנט שנה ד' להנדסת חשמל בת"א.
אני עובד בחברת הי-טק כ-שנתיים בתור סטודנט.
אני רוצה ללמוד ב-NYU או ב- Columbia בניו יורק.
ממוצע הציונים שלי 84 וטרם עשיתי gmat.
בצבא הייתי ק.קשר בנח"ל ובצנחנים.
בשלב זה אני מתעניין רק באפשרות של MBA בחו"ל.
אחת השאלות שיש לי בנושא MBA בחו"ל היא:
1. האם קיימת קורלציה בין ציוני הפסיכומטרי לציוני ה-gmat ומה נחשב יותר קשה?
2.איך מומרים ציוני התואר לסקאלת האוניברסיטה בא אני מעוניין ללמוד? למשל 3.1-3.4
3. האם כדאי לחכות עד שאצבור נסיון בתור עובד במשרה מלאה?
