There is a section for international applicants, I think the site is worth checking.
For those of us who qualify, here is one more opportunity:
New scholarship created for whites only
BRISTOL, Rhode Island (AP) —A student group at Roger Williams University is offering a new scholarship for which only white students are eligible, a move they say is designed to protest affirmative action.
The application for the $250 award requires an essay on "why you are proud of your white heritage" and a recent picture to "confirm whiteness."
"Evidence of bleaching will disqualify applicants," says the application, issued by the university's College Republicans.
Jason Mattera, 20, who is president of the College Republicans, said the group is parodying minority scholarships.
"We think that if you want to treat someone according to character and how well they achieve academically, then skin color shouldn't really be an option," he said. "Many people think that coming from a white background you're automatically privileged, you're automatically rich and your parents pay full tuition. That's just not the case."

I applied in R2 to Kellogg, Chicago, Columbia, NYU, Carnegie Mellon and Purdue. Admitted to Purdue, was invited for an interview at Carnegie and NYU, interviewed by Chicago and Kellogg.

Hey gbiron,
Do you know about any Israelis admitted in R1? Last year I heard that NYU was looking for Israelis, however I don't see any admitted students on this forum.
I read your previous messages, sounds like you too are exhausted by waiting for admissions decision. I personally quit sleeping about two weeks ago…
בתגובה ל: ארכיון 1: ???Any Israeli Applicants #2152Hey all,
Any NYU applicants/admitted students here?
Please share your interview experience. Thanks in advance,
Anne

בתגובה ל: ארכיון 1: ???Any Israeli Applicants #2057Hello,
Does anyone here know how much time in advance one should start looking for housing arrangements? My wild guess is that sometime closer to August the university areas, especially cities like New York and Chicago get busy with student apartment-hunters and this issue should be taken care in advance. Did anyone here has such an experience?
Thanks,
Anne
בתגובה ל: ארכיון 1: ???Any Israeli Applicants #2056Hi applicant_04, msarfaty,
I am flying to Pittsburgh for a CMU interview next week. I'd really appriciate your comments about the interview process, the attitude of admission staff and the tricky questions they ask beyond usual why now/here and what's next.
Thanks,
Anne

Thank you for your help. I believe, you're right. As I have heard, americans are very strict on the integrity issues. As I was told, if caught, such cases live a life-long stain on the biography. Have you got any idea how this information is shared?

Hey,
I really have a dual situation: my undergraduate GPA is only 81.4, and graduate GPA of 87.5 at my MBA studies will demonstrate an improvement and somewhat compensate this problem. The question is whether in my case it is better not to mention my MBA studies?
Anne
בתגובה ל: ארכיון 1: ???Any Israeli Applicants #656In reply to mba_mb1 from August 22 2003
Hey mba_mb1,
I have completed about 30% of my MBA at Tel-Aviv Un. Do you think that even partial studies may be of concern for Admisson Offices? Do you know which universities have less strict policies towards applicants with previous MBA studies?
Thanks,
Anne

בתגובה ל: ארכיון 1: ???Any Israeli Applicants #647Hello
Does anybody know whether business schools practice exchanging information among them? Is it safe to adjust my career goals to the schools’ specialization, for instance state that I plan to major in finance, when applying to Wharton and seek a general management education when applying to Harvard?
Thanks,
Anne

Hey,
It takes from 3 to 4 weeks to get your scores if you typed your essay and about a month and a half if you handwrote it.
Good luck,
Anne
